Your treatment plan will include an explanation of all applicable fees. It will also include a breakdown of all costs before treatment is administered. All charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer a range of payment options to meet your needs.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and most insurance benefits. We also offer in-house financing through CareCredit® allowing you to complete extensive or cosmetic treatment with a payment schedule that fits your budget. Many CareCredit® repayment policies include interest free financing up to one year.
Please ask our Financial Coordinator and she will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving service.
When we make an appointment for you, we make sure the Doctor and/or Hygienist are available and a chair available. We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do need to cancel within 48 hours, we will do our best to fill your appointment time. In case we are not not able to fill your cancelled appointment, there will be a $75/hour fee applied account.
